Before your first delivery, you'll complete a preference form where you can share your favorite color palettes, floral styles, and any flowers you'd prefer to avoid. We'll use those preferences as inspiration while handcrafting each bouquet, ensuring every arrangement is fresh, unique, and thoughtfully designed.

    This approach allows us to focus on quality, creativity, and seasonality, so you always receive the best blooms available.

  • Memberships are flexible and can be canceled at any time from your account. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Local delivery is included with all Bloom Club subscriptions within our standard delivery area. (Litchfield Park, Verrado, Buckeye, Surprise and Goodyear Arizona) If your delivery address falls outside of our service area, additional delivery fees may apply. We'll confirm your address during sign-up so there are no surprises
